Besides, Omsk is a junction point of some interstate roads:
- R-254 Irtysh: Chelyabinsk — Kurgan — Omsk — Novosibirsk (former road M51);
- R-402: Tymen — Omsk;
- M38: Omsk — Cherlak — Kazakhstan border.
